Wrong. The Legislative and Executive branches have decided to keep the
program in play. The Supreme Court has yet to rule on the matter, so for now
the program is legal. We'll see what the Supremes say if they ever agree to
review it.

The President has just decided to punitively tax a small fraction of the
population at rates that FAR exceed what everyone else pays in taxes. You
call it "fairness", I call it massive government abuse on a startlingly huge
scale - a trillion dollars a year, in fact.
