Exactly I could care less about being nice or being PC. My point from the start has been that "Muslim" as part of the profile of a terrorist is a useless criteria that is much more damaging than it is useful. Most of the incidents cited by some in this thread as 'proof' that terrorism is predominantly Muslim is a bit of red herring. Of course terrorists in the middle east are going to be Muslim since the majority of people in the middle east are Muslim. Using Muslim as a descriptor is just inflammatory fear mongering and is of no use to the task at hand. The ratio of Muslims to terrorists is so low that it serves absolutely no purpose to use it as a criteria. The problem with this thread, and many others, is that the original debate gets infused with an array of useless analogies that we end up defending or debunking. Comments about this being a matter of intestinal fortitude or rationality vs. emotions are just useless smokescreens. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:291910 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
