Now: secret ballot if employer asks (I think)
With new Bill: Secret ballot only if 30% sign their name on a
petition. Not sure how the unions are on the left coast but on the
right coast you don't let the union know you went against them.

I got a call when I was 16 working at Nathans because I asked why part
timers pay union dues but only full timers get benefits. They called
my boss, a good friend of mine, and told him to tell me they know
where I live and all my family members.
I also had a friend in high school who grew up to be a union goon.
Nice guy ias long as he's your friend.
