"They" say ectopic deals are 1 in 40,000 rare, but the surgeon here says it's more like 1 in 5000, from her experience. It was freaking scary tho, she'd lost a lot of blood by the time I finally called the ambulance. Took a 4 unit transfusion to fill her back up.
