Well basically I just make sure of a couple of things now:

(1.) If I get cramps and/or the d like that again (only happened once)
I make sure I get plenty of water

(2.) If I get dizzy at all I lie down to get blood upstairs

(3.) I eat fermented foods now (yogurt, kefir, kimchi) to try to
prevent tummy problems in the first place.
