Couple a banana daiquiris a day should fix you right up then!
* 2 ounces light rum
* 1/2-ounce banana liqueur
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* 1/2 small banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
* 1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at high speed
