Funny. Bikes here usually stay on bike paths. If I do see a bike, yes, I slow down and go around them, usually cursing at them under my breath to use the sidewalk that is 5 feet away from them. However I am considerate of them, I don't honk or scream at them nor do I endanger them.
Still at $1.49 gas is cheap. In fact considering the total cost of owning a car. Gas is a minimal expense. -----Original Message----- From: Beth F [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2002 4:29 PM To: CF-Community Subject: Re: Jeep Grand Cherokee > Energy crisis? I can assure you that all of the cyclists I know would say that SUV's have a direct effect on them. Surely, we have a huge number of large vehicles on the road and most of our drivers are great, so there are plenty of considerate large vehicles drivers. One of the problems is exhaust - another is just the sheer size - it doesnt' leave much room for me and my bike to be passed! ______________________________________________________________________ Structure your ColdFusion code with Fusebox.
