I know I am going to sound like an ass here, but roads are for automobiles.
Bikes have no place on a high traffic road. They are a danger to everybody on the road. I understand there are exhaust problems, but again, you shouldn't ride a bike on a road where the exhaust is constantly that bad, it means it is a high traffic road, and in my opinion that is just to dangerous.
