Let's be fundamental: If people don't like insurance they have a simple remedy: don't buy insurance. If doctors don't like insurance they have a simple remedy: don't accept insurance. If companies don't like administrators they have a simple remedy: administrate themselves. Done! We've completely eliminated these bloated insurance companies with their high costs and now there are no more problems right? Because this just makes sense. After all, we all know that the government is THE PLACE for expertise in business process decomposition, software development, and operational efficiency. This is why top consulting firms recruit from government. AND, private industry is SO STUPID, that they've NEVER thought of hiring away one of these process geniuses to compete with and beat the 1000s of private insurance companies.
