BTW, I'd love to have to plan where: * I'd have an unlimited HSA; i.e., put unlimited money tax-free into a health savings account that could be accessed and used from anywhere in the world. * I'd have catastrophic coverage with a $50k deductible. * I'd have no required network, but rates with preferred providers would be pre-negotiated.
