Actually, the city was wrong in my mind. They DIDN'T pull it because they
thought it unfair, they pulled it because they were afraid they were going
to get SUED because someone else thought it wasn't fair.

Had they pulled it because it wasn't fair, it probably would have stood.

Pulling it because they were afraid of a suit was not fair to the people who
passed. Or so ruled the sc.
