(so you can foil the CIA)

If you've got extra, then sure, foil the windows.

When I first was up in the arctic (Cambridge Bay in the Canadian arctic)it
took me about 3 or 4 days to get used to 24 hours of sunlight. You put up
blankets or aluminum foil on the windows and then sleep.
