sooo... should you have been allowed to slap his kids? Should the
neighbor have simply popped your dog with a BB gun?

Now in the case at hand, how about if that kid had been a teenager?
Should the ol' codger have been allowed to slap a teenager makin' a
ruckus? Would he have?

How about someone in their 30s?

Would he have had the balls to step up on a screaming kid had he been
in the care of a young man?
