Yes - it may be worth adding that if you are in a Labor Union in the
US then the employer is probably going to be required to pay you
overtime if you do anything that's "not your job" or anything that
increases productivity, and they may also require extra pay if the
employer doesn't use the right weight of tissue when they wipe the
union worker's noses (or other parts).
