In my experience it is not defined as "weekend work" but "overtime work" I.E. I would not get paid extra because I worked on a Saturday or a Sunday, but I would get paid extra if that work caused me to work more then 40 hours in a week and|or more then 6 days without a day off. Also I wouldn't get paid more per hour for working on a holiday like Labor Day, but I would get paid for the hours worked PLUS I would get the 8 hours of paid holiday I would get whether I worked or not, so it basically comes to getting paid double, but they are accounted separately . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
