One out of nine? Not bad odds.

And although he did lie about going to Iraq, as has been discussed 
before, there are more compelling reasons why we should have gone in 
there (numerous acts of war against the US for starters). The reason we 
are STILL in Iraq is simply a lack of planning on Rummies part. That's 
what happens when civilians micromanage war.

And again, HOW is it Bush's fault that we were attacked just a few 
months after he was sworn in? Seems to me that there was some liberal 
POS  in the white house for TWO terms that did plenty to weaken our 
country. Plenty I say.
