The memo title 'bin laden determined to attack ...', along with the reams of other intel that the CIA was trying to get to Pres Bush and he ignored. And he was on a one month vacation just before we were hit. But we've covered all of that. I'm curious - let's say we'd been hit 18 months after election instead of 9. What big changes do you think Bush would've made? I mean after all, this is guy who went on a one month vacation 9 months after he was elected.
