According to muslim law woman are not permitted to be married until they are
old enough to menstruate.

No 9 year old should be having sex, by choice or otherwise.  Period.

My "objective truth" is based on whether or not an individual is being
harmed.  In the U.S., I can't imagine too many scenarios where an 18 year
old screwing a 9 year old girl would not, in some way, harm the girl.  Even
if the girl was in agreement, there would be emotional and psychological
harm caused because of the culture she is in.

Contrast this to the middle east where this might be the norm for young
girls.  If the girl is sexually active and it is not harming her and she is
in agreement, then I would not interfere.  

What do you base your objective truth on?
