Client wants my recommendation on a netbook for his daughter. I know of them but I'm more a performance guy so haven't followed closely.
What's good? I've heard of the EEE and the wind. Will be used for facebook, itunes, and school papers. $500 budget. Should we go with win xp? I fear that 7 would be too much for the specs. What about the ones with linux? Not sure if I would want to recommend that because of the learning curve. Currently only has around 500 song mp3s, so no need for huge amounts of space.
