Ok, so because there's a logical expectation of a crime occurring it somehow
makes the crime ok?

Does a guy with a really punchable face (yes there is such a thing) not have
the same reasonable expectation to not be assaulted?

Or how about this one. You are at a rock concert. A woman is up on a guys
shoulders. She flashes her sweater puppies at the band. Is it now ok for
anyone that wants to grab her tits?
