Note the use of the double asterisk around the word "should."

To build on Scott's point, and out of curiosity, how would your opinion
change if instead the statement was:

A woman should be able to wear a micro-mini and a see through sheer top that
says "I like it rough" on the front and should have a reasonable expectation
of not being raped.

Sure I realize there's a big difference between sexual assault and email
hacking, however in principle there's objective similarities.
