I am sensitive huh ;) I just applied for a network security job and
Scott is trying to frame the conversation as Dana thinks it's ok to
use our powers on the dark side if the target is right.

But ok since we are here now:

If your hypothetical woman went to a frat party and lay down in the
living room with her legs spread while fondling her breasts what do
you think would happen?

Would that be rape? Sure, if she passes out or at any point I don't wanna

Is what she did wise? Is it a recommended course of actiom? Would you
suggest it to your daughter, girlfriend or sister?

Is it still rape? Would her behavior be a factor in the decision not
to prosecute? You betcha.

Would it still be rape? You betcha.

Hopefully that makes things clearer. Sometimes the law is an ass.
Sometimes people are just too stupid to breathe. Ask yourself how a
teenager knew she used the account for government business. Had to
have been a pretty long-standing habit.
