The 411,000 job number was also inflated by over-hiring in a "cost-savings" measure. A paltry new 20,000 private sector jobs for an average of 400 per state. It even gets better. The private sector market that is increasing the most is the temp-agency field. This shows that other companies are not or do not want full time employees. So, what exactly has the administration done to encourage growth in the private sector?
