Nice to think that such works that way. But in general these efforts have failed miserably. The per-student cost for special needs kids is far higher than for non disabled children. Most secular or private schools operate fairly close to the edge as it stands, generally the term for-profit when applied to private schools has been considered a joke inside the industry. In other words you aren't going to make money at it.
