That's not a voucher program. I see no objection to it. Since that sort of a
program is required to maintain equal access, then the same issues do not
apply. A similar effort is used regarding magnet schools. If the schools are
good enough, like Fairfax, VA's Thomas Jefferson High School, a sciences and
maths magnet school, they become nationally known.
