There are those who will always call for war at any opportunity regardless of the cost in lives or dollars, because it enriches them. They have a very active and effective propaganda machine. The advent of the Internet with numerous people who are willing to quote and forward any piece of disinformation that fits even mildly with their worldview has produced a powerful weapon for these warmongers to use for their nefarious purpose. It is sad that so many of those being used as tools don't even realize it. They puff out their minion chests and yell patriotism or religious dogma, when they don't even know in most cases for whom they speak.
