True, we don't, but we'll fail without it - at least based on history; Luckily this topic is less debate and more fact-based since we have lots of precedents: (1.) Japan (2.) Germany (3.) Korea (4.) Russia (5.) The Balkans Given we won WWII, the Cold War, and the Balkans, I'd say we have a good basis of policy for western country reform. Whether that applies to Middle Eastern countries is the big question since nobody has had success there, but then we haven't tried. And, as you've implied, this is more art than science. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:334932 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
