I guess you only know when the sky is actually falling on top of you...which, of course, is too late... ;-) I happen to agree with Robert on this. I have smelled a revolution for quite some time. People, like Sam, are going to finally wake up and realize just how much they have been bamboozled and are going to be pretty pissed...moderates are already smelling the coffee and progressives have known this for quite some time.

That's the tough thing. I believe that the system is more resilient than many believe. There have always been Cassandra's prophesying doom. On the other hang, things really do fail. Nations fail, economic systems collapse, empires crumble..it is a fact of history. So, how do you divine the difference between a system capable of self-stabilizing that is going through a nasty patch versus a system that is nose diving...before collapse actually happens instead of in retrospect?
