Hasn't most, if not all of the TARP been repaid? If we are going to be making cuts (and thus increasing the burden on the bottom half) then we also need to be increasing the burden on the top too. I think you are wrong on that Sam...it has been the other way around. Dems have been caving in to republican demands like the republicans are the majority.
