When I was in high school we had this thing called ISS - in school
suspension.  The supervisor was the football coach and he had all
kinds of great little punishments:

- if 2 kids fought, he'd make them hold hands and ducktape their hands
together all day even at lunch

- if you got caught drinking, he'd make you wear a bib and a pacifier
and a sign that said "baby boozer"

Course you can't do that stuff any more.  There are laws against it now.
