Not true.  Every time the CIA thought they had found Saddam, Bush
ordered an airstrike and he didn't care what he was bombing.  Turns
out that each time it happened they bombed civilians that were not
Saddam.

One of the reasons that the Taliban is most pissed at the US, and a
strong motivation behind the 9/11 attacks was that Clinton ordered air
strikes on a camp containing women and children.

The attacks on civilians by the US Army goes way back.  Wanna talk
about Sand Creek>
