See now, I dont' consider sushi an aquired taste. Its just a matter of tasting it once and going OOOH, I get it now. Because people think of it as being fishy and slimy they have a preconcieved and wrong notion of what it is going to taste like. As I said, cooked fish blech, raw fish YUM. Raw fish is much less fishy than cooked fish.
