We have a chain of Japanese seafood restaurants in CA with a buffet. They have forty (40) kinds of sushi plus hot and cold dishes - shrimp, jumbo shrimp, mussels, scallops, crab, lobster. Not to mention desserts from Tiramisu to cheesecake, Creme Brulee to fresh crepes. Very good quality food. Dangerous place!
