I agree that involving civilians in combat is wrong. If we're talking normal day to day then there's no reason for civilian casualties but if we're talking war, like in Gaza or Lebanon, civilians will get hurt unintentionally. Unintentially on Israels part but very intentionally on Hamas and Hizballah's part. Both of these organizations make heavy use of innocents in their work. Israel is not perfect and in the past they were more interested in results than care for civilians, but that's changed over the years. Changed greatly.
