Thanks v much for the schooling. Wow, complicated and interesting. It's very hard to see how this is a win for anybody if I'm understanding it. And, if I am, then it means that if states want more revenues they need to look to a new model other than sales tax because that's not viable any longer. In other words, the sales tax revenue model have been disrupted and now states need to innovate.
