Just as a small point with no connection to Limbaugh's usage. The term
Oreo is most commonly used BY black people against OTHER black people.
It refers specifically to a black person who's actions do not fulfill
black stereotypes, whether positive or negative. It is not something
you would normally hear from a white person, especially not a 'true'
racist. Can you imagine a klansman saying that Obama was white on the
inside?

Oreo is offensive and may sound racist but I don't think it fits the
criteria of a racist remark. On the other hand, Limbaugh might well
have meant it as a racist remark. Calling someone a pickle can sound
racist if you say it right.
