Good point Robert -- thanks for the feedback. Since I started this thread earlier today, I'm not going to send my reply until later today / eve. Could be simple stuff -- just feel a bit uneasy about the whole thing as she's the one responsible for contacting me on behalf of the organization when they're willing to pay for advanced support. Since I'm 100% self employed -- need to balance the cash flow with relationship building ;-)
