My personal take would be indicate a willingness to try and help out
since you're a good person and all but make a very clear distinction
between business and personal that way you aren't setting a precedent
for free business support.

I'd say something like, "I'm not sure if I can help or not but I'd be
glad to take a quick look. Let me wrap up this business project and
then we'll see if we can't find an hour outside of work to figure out
what's going on with your computer."

You are polite and helpful but making it clear to her that this is you
being nice, not your business being on call for her personal issues
for free.
