This is a good explanation, thanks for keeping me from needing to dig into
this. I trust you for the particulars. I'd like to add as a female that
there is no way in hell I'd go through this now, even as an older woman
who's pretty much comfortable in my own skin, and when I was 20 I literally
would rather have put a fork in my eye than explain to my male employer
that I was getting big honking blood clots in my blood flow or whatever.
