It actually has. If they'd quit wasting time and resources on pot, they can be even more affective against drugs that all of us agree are bad news, like meth.
My only beef is with hand guns. I just think their size and lethality serve to make them perfect tools for crimes, and not very good for much else. I think we'd get along just fine without them.
