You're insane if you can't see that drug prohibition has failed, and can't
see that gun prohibition will got the same way. People own machine shops,
and Afghanis make AK-47s with hammers and tongs over open fires.

In the end I don't care what anyone else thinks on this matter. You do not
have the right to legislate in this area, and the supreme court has been
clear on this issue time and again. Heller, McDonald and now the Illinois
CCW case. The 2nd is an individual right and allows for military style
weapons, long guns and handguns alike. We still haven't seen all the fall
out from these cases. They will have a deep impact on everything from
constitutional national concealed carry to machine gun laws. New laws will
not stand, even if it is war that will be required to do away with them.

My oath of enlistment was to the constitution of the United States of
America, and it had no expiration date. There are literally millions of us
out here that will do whatever we need to do in order to defend and protect
the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and I have come
to see our government as the primary threat against the liberties and
freedoms born to us as American citizens and even free men regardless of
creed or nationality.
