If you are firing into a crowd it is.  Each child in the CT shooting had at
least 11 rounds hitting their bodies (according to the coroner's report).
You are not going to be ablet o do that with a bolt action rifle.  Most
people that do shit like this are also not trained like you are, so to say
that a bolt action rifle would cause more damage that someone with a
Bushmaster is not entirely true.  Can someone with little to no training
shoot someone from a mile away?  I don't think so.
