Do you have statistics to back that claim up, Tim?

Maybe it is a bit naive on my part, but I can;t believe that everyone games
the system. I have known people on welfare where it really helped the
families. My problem are the families who are 2nd, 3rd, etc generations on
welfare. That is where the system fails, in my opinion.
