Emotions are things we can't always help...when I see my gay friend kiss his partner, my instant reaction is always the same: "Fucking gross!". I can't help it. It's like eating broccoli....my mind/body just says "YUCK!". I'm able to quickly discard these emotions though, and keep them from tarnishing my sense of equality.
