Michael I couldn't agree with you more. I'm the only developer in a shop of about 20 subscribed to the cftalk list. I've told guys about it but it looks like their only interested when theres a problem ;-) While we're talking about best coding practices, although you have some good content and their are a few sites , i dont think there is much out there on best coding practices.
Now my gripe, i havent read many of the new cf books but in my opinion there are no books or resources as good as cftalk (and the cfdj list) . I browse so called advanced books in the book shop and they talk about how to use cfoutput. I think we really need some good resources to show people what the good coding practices are.
