cant be i have Dual MP 1800 which is supposedly less poweful then his P4 2.4
ghz chip
and i have 512 of ddr ram and it works great.

OHH a nice toy i got that helps go out and by gamedrive its like 30 bucks
and it lets you cache games on HD and make a virtual copy of the cd on HD
and make a virtual drive letter point to that file. It improves perforamnce
alot.

Oh btw are you sure its not your CD ROM?
I've had games in the past run badly because i needed to get a new cdrom it
was getting a little old and the cache and read such speeds didnt help
matters.
