I got the Microsoft FF Wheel its huge i just have it hanging off > the back of > my desk and i put my MS FF2 JOystick on the table across my desk > :) cause i > got all my toys close.
Bill, it's fixed! It WAS the joystick. I disabled that and the problems went away. I can play at 1600x1200 and no problems. Gah! After all that.
