You don't know me. Don't make assumptions about me. I never said "should". I said "did". The FBI puts out a national crime report every year. Statistics on every reported crime in the US. It breaks down a lot of data. And as was mentioned here before, the murder rate amongst blacks is 7 times higher than it is amongst whites. This the truth, it is not racist. I'm not in any way analyzing that fact nor am I attempting to say why or who (or what) is to blame.
My statement that Winnipeg and Minneapolis could not be compared because of the cultural differences took this (one of many) fact into account. I will not debate emotions or threats.
