My doctor basically told me to quit eating sugar and carbs as much as
possible. If I don't I will become a diabetic.

As it stands my body destroys over half of the insulin it produces, as I
get older my pancreas will eventually stop working.

If I cut out the sugar my pancreas will not need to create as much
insulin, keeping it more healthy.

Sense then I have cut out a great deal of my sugar intake and have lost
15 pounds, this has been about two months ago.
