Actually I don't find the meetings embarassing, I find them comforting
knowing that all of the people in the room feel the exact same way I do
about their weight issues. And we all exchange recipes and talk about some
of the issues we have with weight loss. Maybe ediets should think of
starting up local meetins, I think that is what makes the difference with
WW. It also helps that they weigh you in each week so you don't slack off.

nah its the same as WW just None of the embarassing meetings and the support
is awesome. Support is a big thing for woman because they need to talk to
others and have emotional support and wellness ;)

Though you might want to try efitness, alot of guys have found it better for
them then just using ediets
